David Perry is a time served professional carpenter by trade but has added to this expertise over the last 3 decades with a wide range of other building skills and is very experienced in managing all types of building projects.
D M Perry Construction has provided quality building work for clients in and around the Stratford upon Avon area for over 30 years.
We undertake all size projects from small domestic work to new extensions, renovations, and new build properties. Experts in kitchen fitting, loft extensions, first and second fix carpentry.
D M Perry has considerable experience in commercial work such as shop fitting, stables, public houses and more. We are happy to work with your chosen architects.
Skilled Teams
Few independent building firms have every tradesmen on their payroll but over the years D M Perry Construction has built strong relationships with experts in fields we don’t need on a daily basis. This can include plumbers and electricians.
We are used to working with architects and often liaise between clients and everyone involved in their project. By offering an open, professional; yet friendly dialogue with our clients we aim to finish every project on time, within budget and to a finish which surpasses expectation.
